In a city filled with polished cafés and trend-driven menus, there was space for something more emotional — a place built not around perfection, but around joy.
Innerchild set out to create an indulgent food experience rooted in nostalgia, playfulness, and comfort. The challenge was to transform a residential villa into a destination that felt whimsical yet intentional, premium yet approachable — where every interaction invited people to reconnect with their sense of wonder.
Shaping the Brand Idea
We were brought in to build Innerchild from the ground up — starting with a clear emotional promise.
At the heart of the brand was a simple idea: joy as healing. A place where flavours, visuals, and moments are designed to spark delight and bring out the inner child — without feeling childish.
This foundation shaped the brand’s personality: playful but thoughtful, nostalgic but contemporary, expressive without excess.
We developed a complete brand ecosystem that translated the idea into form, space, and experience.
The visual identity was designed to feel warm and inviting, using soft pastel tones, hand-drawn elements, and friendly typography that feels personal and comforting. These elements came together across the kiosk and villa environment through cheerful signage, murals, and lighting — turning the space into a destination without losing authenticity.
Packaging became a key storytelling touchpoint. From custom boxes and bags with hidden messages to illustrated cups and wraps, every detail was designed to surprise, delight, and encourage sharing — reinforcing Innerchild’s joyful spirit at every takeaway moment.
The system was extended across menus, social templates, seasonal pop-ups, and campaign visuals — allowing the brand to evolve while staying recognisable.
All communications were crafted bilingually, ensuring the brand’s playful, heartfelt voice translated seamlessly across both English and Arabic.
The result was a flexible system capable of supporting new flavours, experiences, and cultural moments — from themed activations to limited-edition offerings.
